Dr. Richard Wilson: CombineNet Chief Executive OfficerDr. Richard Wilson

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Wilson is responsible for product strategy and direction, engineering, IT operations, and customer support and service delivery to CombineNet's global clients. He joined CombineNet in 2003 after 20 years in aviation and transportation management, systems development, and consulting. Dr. Wilson established the Operations Research division at US Airways where he pioneered the application of optimization technology to crew scheduling, aircraft routing, and maintenance planning. Later, he led management teams at British Airways and US Airways in developing innovations in customer service and process improvements in purchasing, flight operations, and aircraft maintenance. Dr. Wilson also led transportation consulting engagements for Sabre and Oracle. Since joining CombineNet, he has led numerous advanced sourcing projects, including the largest global air freight sourcing event ever conducted. Dr. Wilson graduated with honors from Stanford University and earned M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees in sociology from Yale University.

David Zynn: CombineNet President and Chief Financial OfficerDavid Zynn

President and Chief Financial Officer

As President and Chief Financial Officer, David Zynn is responsible for the global sales, marketing, financial, and administrative functions of CombineNet. Mr. Zynn is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of public and private industry experience, having served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and/or Chief Operating Officer of several private and publicly traded companies in various services and technology industries, including CombineNet during 2005 and 2006. Most recently, Mr. Zynn operated a boutique consulting firm specializing in providing outsourced CFO-Controller services and financial due diligence services. He began his career with KPMG LLP, and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Steve Brooke: CombineNet Chief Technology OfficerSteve Brooke

Chief Technology Officer

Steve Brooke joins CombineNet’s executive team as Chief Technology Officer to lead the ongoing advancement of CombineNet’s e-sourcing product and its integration complement to ERP, procurement, and supply chain applications. Mr. Brooke most recently worked as chief information officer and chief technology officer of Whoop, Inc., a SaaS-based mobile application publishing platform, for which he was named a Georgia CIO of the Year finalist in 2009. He co-founded Procuri in 2000 where as CTO/CIO he led the company’s architecture design and development of on-demand supply management solutions, through Procuri’s 2007 acquisition by Ariba. Prior to Procuri, he was vice president of engineering and technology and Multi-Media Data Systems and chief information officer of Georgia Health Plus, Inc./Centrex, a managed care company. Steve has a collective 30 years of technology product leadership experience, and holds a B.S.C.S. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Michael Brak: CombineNet Senior Vice President, North American SalesMichael Brak

Senior Vice President, North American Sales

Michael Brak joins CombineNet as Senior Vice President of Sales, North America. Mr. Brak brings 17 years of experience in sales leadership for emerging and high-growth software companies, including several that resulted in acquisitions and one that led to a successful IPO. He most recently worked as Senior Vice President of Sales at Landslide Technologies, a leading provider of Saas-based Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation solutions. His background also includes sales leadership positions at TrueCommerce, Inc., CLUBCOM, and ServiceWare Inc.

Dean Arnold: CombineNet Vice President, Strategic Business DevelopmentDean F. Arnold

Vice President, Strategic Business Development

Dean Arnold leads partnership and executive-level sales strategies as Vice President of Strategic Business Development, building on his past five years in driving successful sales and channel revenue growth as CombineNet’s VP of Sales. Mr. Arnold possesses 30 years of experience in technology sector sales, management, product development, and operations for major corporations including IBM and Oracle, and early-stage firms InfoSage, Stargate, and IQS.



Tobias Hannon: CombineNet Managing Director of European OperationsTobias Hannon

Managing Director of European Operations

Toby Hannon brings a successful track record in sales and business development to CombineNet's European markets. As CombineNet’s senior executive in Europe, he is responsible for leading the company’s European sales, marketing, and professional services activities. Mr. Hannon previously led the EMEA set up and growth for Procuri, Inc. a successful spend management software company later acquired by Ariba. Before joining Procuri, Mr. Hannon spent 8 years with General Electric in various senior Operations and Supply Chain positions globally. Mr. Hannon is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS degree in Finance.

Alan Himler: CombineNet Vice President, Product ManagementAlan Himler

Alan Himler is CombineNet’s Vice President of Product Management. Mr. Himler has over 20 years of experience in product management, business development, and executive leadership roles in the technology industry. For the past several years, he has delivered expert product consulting and strategy services to a broad list of software clients. He has served in executive management roles at eBillingHub, SOA Software, Logic Library, Emprise Technologies, and Legent Corporation, which was acquired by Computer Associates.

Dr. David Levine: CombineNet Vice President of Research & DevelopmentDr. David Levine

Vice President of Research & Development

Dr. Levine leads CombineNet's research & development team and joined the company shortly after its founding in 2000. Dr. Levine was formerly the director of the Center for Distributed Object Computing (CDOC) at Washington University in St. Louis, leading a team of staff and student members developed cutting-edge software for real-time, high performance, and embedded systems. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine, an M.S.E.E./C.S. from George Washington University, and a B.S.M.E. from Cornell University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia.
