Tasks include (but certainly aren't limited to):

• Design, develop and implement Test Plans for Client/Server and Enterprise software systems.
• Verify products meet system requirements by running system and regression tests
• Efficient use of both manual testing and automated testing tools.
• Work with the Project Team in the full life cycle of the project
• Assist Quality Assurance Manager in establishing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.

Skill set needed:

• Needs to have 2-4 years of solid QA experience
• Experience with testing web based applications
• Related education (CS or Math)
• Thorough understanding of QA methodologies and processes
• Ability to write test plans and develop test tools
• Strong programming experience
• Good understanding of software development process
• Ability to learn quickly (extremely important)
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Comfort with fast-moving, deadline-heavy projects
