An invitation, containing registration information, is emailed to those who are chosen by the event manager to participate in a bid event. If you have not received an invitation email and you would like to participate in a bid event, contact the event manager for invitation approval.

Q: How do I register for an event prior to login?
Access a training video about how to register by clicking here or follow the steps below.
An invitation, containing registration information, is emailed to those who are chosen by the Event Manager to participate in a bid event. If you have not received an invitation email and you would like to participate in a bid event, contact the Event Manager for invitation approval.
Use your emailed invitation to register prior to the bid event:
1. Copy (ctrl + C, or right-click your mouse and select "Copy") the registration code.
2. Navigate to the URL indicated in the invitation email, or simply click on the link within the invitation email.
3. Paste (ctrl + V, or right-click your mouse and select "Paste") your access code into the Registration Code field on the registration web page and click the Submit Registration Code button.
4. Enter your contact information into the appropriate fields. (Asterisks indicate that a field is required.) Once completed, click the Submit Participation Information button.
5. Carefully read the Terms and Conditions page and click the I Accept button to terms if acceptable.
6. Create a password that is at least 6 characters long and contains at least one number and one letter. If you participated in a previous event and created a password at that time, please enter the password used for the previous event, and skip step 7.
7. Confirm your password.
8. Click the Save Password button. You are registered.You are now ready to proceed to the Login Screen. Follow the instructions under the title "How do I login to a CombineNet event?"

Q: My registration code isn't working, what do I do?
It is important to copy and paste the registration code into the Registration Code field, and to not type the code in the registration screen. (The registration code is case and number sensitive. It is easy to confuse the letter o with zero or the letter l with the number 1 for example.)
1. Copy (ctrl + C, or right-click your mouse and select "Copy") the registration code from the invitation email.
2. If you haven't already done so, please navigate to the URL indicated in the invitation email, or simply click on the link within the invitation email.
3. Paste (ctrl + V, or right-click your mouse and select "Paste") your access code into the Registration Code field on the registration web page and click the Submit Access Code button. Unless there are errors, you are registered.

Q: I've registered for an event, but I still do not have access to the system. What do I do next?
If shortly after you registered successfully, you did not receive an approval email, please contact support by email at combinenet.support@combinenet.com or by telephone at 410.568.3656, 0800 to 2000 EST Monday through Friday, and indicate that you are waiting for approval to a bid event. In Europe, contact support by email at supportcenter@combinenet.de or by English telephone +44-141-220-5352, 0800 to 1900 Monday through Friday GMT. Be prepared with the name of the bid event and of your company, plus your phone number. Once the issue is addressed, you will receive an email indicating approval has occurred. Use the URL indicated in the approval email to access the appropriate bid event and be prepared with your email and password information to login.

Q: How do I login to a CombineNet event?

Before you can login to a CombineNet event, you must be registered. If you have not registered, please click the Help title How do I register for an event prior to login?
Once registered:
1. You will receive an approval email indicating that you are eligible to login to the event.
2. A URL address is included in the email; click it to access the event website and you will arrive at the Login screen.At the Login Screen:
1. Enter your username (your email address is your username) and the password that you created during registration, and click the Login button.
2. On the left of the screen under the title Project List, the link to the event website is displayed. Click the project name link to advance to the event website.If you forget your password:
1. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link displayed to the left of the Login Screen.
2. Enter you username and click Email Password button.
3. A new single use password will be emailed to you shortly.- Back to Top
