CombineNet Announces Global Software Licensing Agreement With PPG Industries

PITTSBURGH, PA—February 25, 2002

CombineNet, Inc., an advanced optimization software firm, announced today that it has agreed to terms on an enterprise-class software licensing arrangement with PPG Industries. Terms were not disclosed, but both companies agreed the contract facilitates a rapid and global implementation of CombineNet's flagship optimization product, ClearBox™.
