CombineNet’s Pricing Model

CombineNet offers customer-friendly pricing to support quick and easy adoption of our strategic sourcing products, and associated support, training, and services – with no hidden costs! Our global customers, which span a range of industries, may have as few as 5 users up to hundreds of global users implementing CombineNet ASAP^®, Spend Analysis and Contract Management across a variety of spend their categories. They all share the common need to improve the way they manage spend and conduct strategic sourcing, and our pricing model lets them grow and scale users as they successfully expand adoption of our self-service products.

CombineNet solutions are Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web-based sourcing products, accessed via user-based annual subscription pricing. Each named user may use the applications for any spend type and size, for the duration of the subscription. There is no cost to provide your suppliers with access to the CombineNet products, and your subscription includes technical support for your suppliers as part of our standard support services. Additional services, including training sessions, access to the ASAP Best Practices Center, and consulting services, can be purchased separately as needed.

Included with your named user annual subscription to CombineNet ASAP: (user-based pricing)

• Self-service access to all components of CombineNet ASAP
• Unlimited # of sourcing events, any spend area, any size/scale/complexity, any amount of spend, to be created and managed by each named user
• Unlimited # of what-if awards scenarios to create and analyze via self-service optimization features
• Standard customer support (including supplier support), in 9 languages, and 24x7 access to our Online Training & Support Center
• Unlimited import/export of data to integrate easily with other business applications
• Storage/back-up of your data for duration of your contract, and hosted in SSAE16 Rated facilities

Included with your named user annual subscription to CombineNet Spend Analysis: (user-based pricing – with initial/ongoing data aggregation, cleansing, and classification priced by spend and transaction volumes)

• Unlimited named user access to all the features of CombineNet Spend Analysis, powered by Spend Radar
• Initial data cleansing and classification, based on either standards-based taxonomies or your own taxonomy (typically completed in 3-4 weeks)
• Customer Support provided by CombineNet’s professional services team and our Support Center
• Hosted in SSAE16 Rated Facilities

Included with your named user annual subscription to CombineNet Contract Management: (user/role-based pricing for SaaS version)

• Named user access to all features of CombineNet Contract Management, powered by Upside Software
• Role levels for named users: Full Authoring Access; Review and Approve Access: Read-only Access
• Ability to request a contract initiated by CombineNet ASAP for improving source-to-contract process
• Customer Support provided by CombineNet’s professional services team and our Support Center
• Hosted in SSAE16 Rated Facilities

Value-added services: (priced separately)

• Training Programs – on-site training sessions that range from on-boarding of users through advanced workshops for experienced users (priced by the day and by size of class/# of instructors needed)
• ASAP Best Practices Center – our premium customer service program that includes exclusive best practices content, personalized coaching, training exclusives on new sourcing product releases, prioritized support, and more.
• Custom Professional Services – for everything from consulting help with sourcing event/RFP template creation and launch, configuration consulting, category-specific expertise, scenario and analytics consulting, and more.
