CombineNet ASAP^®: Reporting

Within the CombineNet ASAP^® advanced sourcing product, a wide variety of pre-built Analysis Reports can be reviewed to provide both high-level and detailed views of sourcing scenario results. Such reporting capability is needed to gain better sourcing visibility; and a complete understanding of the impact sourcing decisions make on your business. In addition to the robust Reporting functionality, CombineNet ASAP product also offers a Dashboard feature for management views of ASAP sourcing events.

Examples of various reports that are available in CombineNet ASAP include:

• Winning Bids Report: Displays which suppliers are winning the business on specific line items.
• Supplier Impact Report: Shows amount of business retained and newly awarded to each participating supplier.
• Negotiation Guide: Configurable report that displays the winning bid(s) on each line item along with a ranked list of un-awarded bids for each item.
• Winning Greater than Lowest Report: displays all instances where the lowest cost bid was not awarded due to a business rule or supplier capacity limitation.
• Scenario Comparison Report: allows buyers to compare two scenarios side-by-side to identify the specific line-item level trade-offs associated with a set of business rules.

Sourcing teams can leverage the data from CombineNet ASAP, by exporting it for use in final contract negotiations with suppliers, or for integration into your e-procurement or execution systems to mitigate savings leakage.

Each report within CombineNet ASAP can be configured by the user to include or exclude different data fields. Additionally, Excel-like filtering, sorting, and freeze pane scrolling make data manipulation and management easy and efficient, eliminating the need for offline analysis.

As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web-based product, CombineNet ASAP customers each run on their own dedicated database as part of their subscription to the product. This ensures no co-mingling of customer data and improved performance for reporting and operations.
