Project Management services are provided throughout your relationship with CombineNet to ensure smooth and successful sourcing events. Event specification, timeline development, and ongoing event management enable your sourcing team to focus on their broader strategic sourcing goals. CombineNet's project management team will ensure that the advanced sourcing process is well understood throughout the project, to deliver exceptional value to your organization.

Strategy and Design services ensure that our clients benefit from our vast advanced sourcing experience in strategic and highly complex spend categories. Our team will assist your organization in overall program design, category identification and prioritization, and will share best practices for designing and conducting events for specific product and service categories.

Product Configuration services ensure that our ASAP Sourcing Manager templates meet the specific requirements of your sourcing event by configuring item attributes, RFI/supplier gating requirements, event timeline options, capacity options, and scenario rules.

Buyer Training is integral to the adoption of advanced sourcing technologies and strategies within your organization. CombineNet provides detailed hands-on instruction on how to proactively monitor supplier participation and use the full analysis capabilities of the ASAP tool. CombineNet's buyer training ensures that buyer teams have the knowledge they need to achieve the maximum benefit from their sourcing event.

Event Manager training is conducted online before your sourcing event to ensure your team understands how to use ASAP's Event Management features to manage reference documents, modify item information, manage suppliers, monitor supplier bidding activity, conduct surrogate bidding, and answer supplier questions.
Analytics Training is a one day, on-site training session at your location. During Analytics Training, your team learns how to use ASAP's analytical capabilities to create and run scenarios, review reports, and evaluate potential costs and benefits associated with various allocation decisions.

Supplier Training is critically important to the success of your advanced sourcing events. CombineNet provides detailed, step-by-step training for participating suppliers so they understand the benefits available to them through Expressive Bidding®, and how to use the flexible bidding features of ASAP to put forth their best proposals. (Premium Supplier Training is available to support broader training needs, including on-site training and additional language needs).

Product Support services for both buyers and suppliers are available throughout your engagement with CombineNet. Technical support for participating suppliers is provided through the CombineNet help desk, available in 12 languages including Chinese (Mandarin), Danish, Dutch/Flemish, English, French, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish and Swedish. CombineNet's Professional Services team also provides remote analytics support services for buying teams during award scenario analysis, providing assistance in creating "what if?" scenarios and analytics troubleshooting during the award analysis process.
